Why not ask her to take ACT once instead.
But overall, these test scores does not have that much weight once it is above certain level. For most of the schools, your D's 2170 is good enough.
My D's first SAT is even worse than yours. Because she does not want to study at all for standard test. Then she took ACT and got a 34 (12 on essay) on the first shot w/o preparation. So, other than SAT II that she wants to take for fun, she is done taking any test.
