My two kids are totally different. One is easy on everything: good eater, no problem at school, happy person.
The other one is not good eater, always gets sick, mature later.
You can not assume the 2nd one will be just like 1st one.
Also, it is not enough to consider to have kids, just because you want to. Make sure that they can grow heathly(physically and mentaly), and happly.It takes time, attention, money, efforts and parenting skills. Although my hu*****and can not help a lot, because he devotes to his work too much, but still it is better than one person.I feel exhausted sometime to have two children with both of us available. We both work full-time.
So it is a serious issue. If you are not ready, to bring another child to the world not only will mess up your current life, but also give the new life less happiness.
