You should have sent out an e-mail to your co-author(s)

before sending out the revised manu. Just say: I assume you agree to send it out as I didn't recieve any comments from you. Or: this is your last chance to make any changes as the deadline is tomorrow. If I don't get any comments by then, I assume you agree the current version can be sent out.

If her comments are minor, you can probably ignore it until next round of revision.
