吃啥能防癌？

很多人都老了，得了重病了，或得癌了才看这本书，可是太迟了。我70多岁的老爸关照我人要从40左右开始保养。当然有的人不到40就完了 :)，哪是例外。

Stop Aging Now, by Jean Carper,1996,New York times Best seller.
拷两段：

"Aging-- the detrimental changes that occur as you get older--is actually in large part a monumental, progressive deficiency disease. It begins in adult-hood, picks up in middle age and takes a giant leap ater age 50. You can prevent and correct it to an amazing extent, preserving and reclaiming your youth and vigor and streatching your life span " Page 1

"Aging occurs when cells are permanently damaged by continual attacks from chemical particles
called free radicals, Simply. the cellular damge accumulates over the years, until the totaity of destruction reaches the point of no return-diseases clustered at the end of life and eventually death" Page 10

有COPY RIGHT的书，不能拷的太多了。大概说一下吧，现在的研究表明，人的老化是细胞被不断氧化损坏日积月累而形成的，至到无法正常运作。各种病就出来了。癌症，心血管病，老年痴呆等就是老化的表现。防止或减缓老化，抗癌，心血管病，老年痴呆等的关建是要经常吃antioxidants supplements.就是复合维生素和微量矿物质。
