According to ACT report, "a record number of nearly 1.2 million graduates took the exam—40 percent of all graduating seniors nationally" in 2003. That means we have about 3 million graduating seniors every year. Each % of that is about 30,000 students.

If a kid is only in 98%, there are at least 60,000 better students in the country or 90,000 silimiar or better kids. I don't see why one would feel pround of that.
