不是坑

I am sure many here have filed I134 Affidavit of Support form for your family members to visit you. I864 is also an Affidavit of Support but it is for someone coming to get a greencard. This girl met this boy in China and they got married. The government is asking her to show her ability to support their family. The requirement is that her income is at least 125% above the government's poor proverty line for three years. She does not have that - nor any of her family members. They are all "cash" people if you know what I mean.

So the boy's father who is a family friend is asking me to file I864 as a sponser. I am just asking if any of the 100s people here have done so. If I file one for him, it will obligate me for his family until he becomes a US citizen. Plus, I have tio share all my family tax returns for the last three years.
