12年级选课建议，multivariable Calculus 还是 AP physics2？

11年级女娃，现打算以后走学医的路子（不知道她以后会不会改主意），12年纪打算修如下的课：

AP literature, AP chemistry, AP statistics, AP computer A, 想着在multiple variable calculus 和AP Physics2 中选一个来修，担心若都修地话，6门课加上申请文书，还有varsity sport，怕时间上handle不了。

已经修过了APUSH，AP Europe history，AP biology，外语也已经修了AP Spanish language。现在修的AP physics1 和 AP calculus BC都很喜欢。请大家建议，multivariable calculus 和AP physics2修哪一个好呢？或都修而其他课替换掉？我是啥也不懂，娃问我，我也给不了什么建议，所以向大家请教。谢谢您的建议
