请问Common Application 的补充材料问题

我儿子申请U Chicago Early Action时，准备了一个补充材料PDF 文件。文件含有他一个获奖邮件，一篇在杂志上发表的论文。但是提交Common Application时忘了上载上去。他在申请中列出以及多处提到奖项和论文。不知评审官是否相信？还有补救措施吗？谢谢你的分享。
