Screen by aptitude, hire on attitude

I may run into the risk of  appearing to be  班门弄斧 because there are some many people in a leadership role here.  The best advice  about hiring is to "screen by aptitude, hire on attitude". This is especially true when the application pool is deep.

 

To the people who are in charge of hiring,  it is much easier to train, teach and cultivate new hires with positive attitude than to change new hires with poor attitude.
