首先，投本州的５２９，一般剪一些州税，比如NY居民可以投５０００美元５２９，不用交州税，这样你的投资马上增值６．６５%（ＮＹ最低收入税）。

第二，５２９plan都有指数基金的选择，如果你不想预交学费，那么你投指数基金好了，跟着市场走。

第三，５２９计划没有return这么一说，你只能说５２９计划里面某一个投资选择的return。
