Like I said below:

For each house, I need to see and feel. 感觉怪怪的房子我不会买。I would buy only if I feel that I would want to live in. I am kind like Steve Jobs. 要打造精品 :)

When you have the best products, you will have the best customers and you can charge best price :)

精品 will also appreciate more when the market warms up.

However, 精品 at the right price take time and patience to find. 一定要能 ”hold 住“！ :)
