噻，白菜房区真的不一样呀。收租情况

  20%一号给钱，20%第一周给钱。

  40%15号左右给全。

   剩下15%月底前给全。

    注意给钱和给全的区别

    还有5%是eviction进行中或者拉锯战中。

     这个是Michigan白菜区标准。我想尽力提高第一第二类，减少第三类杜绝第四类。 第五类已经行动中。

      因为现在还在囤货中所有总有第五类风险。等稳定状态不再急速增加房产后估计房客质量会逐渐好起来
