you need to contact insurance immediately.

1) have an emergency service to prevent further damage to the property (like water)
2) get a reputable contractor to have a good estimation for rebuild cost.
3) work with insurance adjuster for estimation.
4) if the difference is huge between two estimations, get a public adjuster.
5) settle the total payout.  and find the best contactor to help you...
