请教有经验的地主，房客损坏东西扣多少押金合理

房客在人行去车库的门上订了木板，结果门上有很多丁眼。铁门框也打了孔。这种损坏怎么charge? 只有把门全换了才不会留损坏的痕迹，可全由房客付也似乎不合理。不换吧，那damage 就一直在，很难看。各位大拿有什么建议？先谢了。
