PM办事员的回信原文，"There is no documentation of the purchase of the tank as the vendor purchased. The tank automatically comes with warranty and no paperwork is needed for the warranty to stand. I will speak with David about getting you details."

我写email要新tank的brand，model，和serial number，和当时电话里说的保修6年的document，通常买电器都有这些东西，结果办事员回信如上，说他们买的tank没有和普通购买一样的document。这个是不是不合理？即使他们自己从关系户那里买了东西，可是也应该有个正式发票给我吧？这事儿如果那个david，也就是老板也说没有票，那就扯皮了。没想到刚开始租房就遇到这么闹心的事儿，大家再给出出主意吧，谢谢！
