请问各位地主，这合理吗？

搬家暂时租房一年。原来想着租房子省事。今天拿到一个租约，竟然有这样的条款 - 各位地主，这是正常现象吗？

Tenant agrees to pay $100.00 as deductible each time for any repairs. That means tenant is responsible for any repairs under $100 and if is over $100. Landlord pays the difference but landlord will schedule the contractors for maintenance.

另外，合同到期还要求我们付$200的Re-Key费。
