paddleboarding

最近玩了几次paddleboarding, 就是下面这个美女1的那种玩法。



当然也是可以坐着乘风破浪的，就像下面的美女2.



比划船好玩多了，还可以自如地入水出水，也可以把巨大的paddleboard当泡沫板，在水里靠kicking推着游几里路啥的。

暑假到了，老少皆宜，特此推荐。
