有个duplex 要价48万月租2800；贷款利率5.6% 30年

这房子是在市里好区，这几年涨的比较多。如果是做air b&b的话可能能多收个三两斗。值得买吗？大家给点儿意见吧。现金流不多，可以break even。将来指望房子增值。本市属于成长中的地区
