装修厨房，1K修理 vs 4K 翻新，选哪个？

二十万的房子，出租$1600上下。

Option 1, repair and repaint cabinet, $1K

option 2, replace cabinet, countertop and backslash, $4K

原来的countertop是木纹的，厚厚一块，contractor说这是现在最不讨人喜欢的countertop了，建设全换
