LG is against my China trip with children.saying cost too much

I know it will cost some money but what if this the last time I can see my dad. Father and mother are in their 80s and 70s. They never asked me to visit them this summer because they didn't want to cause conflict between LG and me. Thansk to JMs who offered support for me for my post yesterday. When I called parents last night, my dad even wanted to buy tickets for us. I felt so touched since they are just ordinary retired people making only enough money to cover their expenses and helping families. Why can't my LG have a big heart like they do? By the way, I'm the one working to support the family. He hasn't worked for a year. Wish I could find a way out. Thanks again for your suggestion from yesterday.
