GSB is about twice harder to get in than HBS

The choice is clear 

If long-term to continue MBB path, pick HBS.  (GSB kids don't like consulting that much)

For Finance, GSB = HBS  (GSB has higher percentage of people going into PE/VC/HF.  But HBS has more population -size wise)

For everything else (especially tech/VC), GSB > HBS

Both schools don't really care for IB (especially GSB). This is different from Wharton MBA, where there are still quite a few graduates entering IB.

School vibes are very different. HBS is still very case-driven. GSB is more balanced approach with more humanistic touch.
