They tend to always see "the grass is greener on the other side".

They tend to lose focus more easily.

They tend to switch job/profession too much (because they can) - in the name of "exploration".

Quite a few of them ended up finding themselves "behind the curve" as others stayed focused and moved up the career ladder (a.k.a. food chain).
