这个最tragic的是，保险公司用的midman RX Optimum 和药房套价huan价， 药房可以改变你的prescription，医生随着改prescription。 Advair这个紫色diskus，我家老大用过， 一个月一个diskus，二十年前自己出十块，现在三十多到六十多，保险报销的话。保险不保，那就550刀。谁也用不起。保险公司推荐的代替药，未必管用，但他们说一样的。至少有一种我儿子当初用就无效。这个孩子没有refill药，一次asthma attack就死了。 
我同事是甲状腺癌，前几天还在抱怨middleman不给报销药， 药房就私自换prescription。 
所以从我们到药房有两层middleman。
