Tennis USTA match question

这儿人多, 问一个网球问题,

 

Recently, my daughter joined L5 U18 USTA match. She lost the first round, and entered the consolation. She won two consolations but lost the final in consolation. We saw the results were entered online and points were awarded to her.

 

However, after 3 weeks, I checked online, I saw the first round of the consolation record is gone, and the points were removed.

 

I called them up, they told me that there were some errors in the draw because the opponent in the first round of the consolation is ineligible to join the consolation, and they had to redo the draw.

 

How could they redo the draw after the tournament is already completed? Isn't is unfair to the players?

 

I am in the conversation with USTA team. Does anyone know if I have any chance to win the argument?
