I suggest just leave with it. Once he picks up his English, he will overcome it natually. All the things you pointed out, none of them is a big deal to me. Kids are kids, don't put high bar on them. Don't complain to teacher either, but you can give him/her a hint that you as parents are not happy with him/her for lack of patience.
