You really scare me

My son is 3 and a half already. And he still wears nappy every night. Before I read your post, I thought it was not a big deal. Now I'm a little worried. When he got up in the morning, I found his nappy was very heavy. So I don't think going to the toilet only once at night can totally work out for him. Do you think I need to train him from now on? I never tried it before.
