Does anyone know about Mercycorps?

It says that Western Union will 100% match. And I called them they confirmed to me with that. And they said the money will all go to Earthquake, they don't take any surcharges. (I doubt this point, but don't know how much they will withhold.And I found out they would send money to their partner charity in China. I read someone's info, regarding some fund after being transferred, will end up into someone's pay check. I couldn't decide to donate to our Chine Consulate General or Mercycorp to make it more for victims. Thnaks for any info!
