凡事都不能走极端

过度鸡娃固然不好，但放任孩子不管也绝对不是解决问题的方法。我最近看了一本书"The Collapse of Parenting"，作者的一些观点我还是认同的。不过作者给家长提的一个要求/建议我觉得挺有挑战："You must help your child to find meaning in life that is not about their latest accomlishment, or how they look, or how many friends they have, but about who your child is, their truest self".

What is my truest self?
