Money. money, money ...... But money is not everything .....

A new couple in NYC.  ABCs, both graduated from H. 

The girl paid all the down payment for the property because the guy had no money (just got a Ph.D) when they got married.  She has been a lawyer for many years. 

The guy made $3M the year after, and paid off a big chunk of the loan.
