问个大学申请问题

推荐信是老师寄到 commen app 上，然后自己选寄送哪个学校，还是老师要一个一个学校load ？

记得学校康嫂提过，校外推荐信可以先让推荐者寄给她过目。有这种操作吗？难道康嫂能代替 upload 推荐信吗？
