I am a teacher. I personally dislike the kid who acts out

in class. I have one student who is very smart. He felt bored at my class because the average level of the students body is not high. So he always comes late to the class and speak very loud in the mid of the class. He also likes to chat with the kids next to him in class about things that have nothing to do with the class.

I dislike him because I have to stop multiple times to ask him to be quiet. I gave him bad grade due to his behavior issues. I told the parents if the class is too boring for him, he should choose to take up-level class. As long as he is in my class, there are rules he has to follow.
