I could use the ear phone on a digital piano so that I didn't disturb the neighbors. On top of it, it was so much easier to move a digital piano.

Now I have already gotten a good digital piano. And my in-laws has a piano. We were assured that the piano will be passed to us later:) So why waste $ for an acoustic?
