Characters of an applicant who wants to be a physician.  Most (if not all)of top to elite medical schools don't care about the CASPer...why?

If get the II, try very best to do very well. Practicing Practicing Practicing.   The excellent performance during interviews should mitigate the impact of the (not the greatest) CASPer 

 

MCAT 515 is ok but not very competitive to ABC. Both sGPA (not cGPA) (>3.9) and the (elite) name of college will be very helpful. Unfocused research without accomplishments is fine but might not help too much.

Focus on his or her resident state public medical schools, low to middle private medical schools,  and DO schools.
