Project Manager (PM) - delivers the implementation of the product   (leads the Dev team: must know the team and the technology)  带一帮干脏活累活的，最苦逼

Product Manager (ProdM) - defines what the product should look like & function like (represents the business side - must know the customers and market)  吃吃喝喝，旅行，最潇洒  (但口才，EQ要好)

 

Program Manager (ProgM) - manages & coordinates resources (must be an insider of the organization structure and know how to navigate)  需要懂政治

技术出生的宅男小中一般干不太好 ProdM/ProgM

藤校女生适合往ProdM 发展, 内部搞熟了，也可走ProgM
