非常同意这点“No one wants to hear that their problems today are

No one wants to hear that their problems today are the result of their actions and words yesterday, 

没有人听得进多少批评，哪怕是truth，包括我家的孩子们，除了我家LD，他是唯一一个能听进去我严厉的批评，然后改进的人（仅限于职业方面）。

我家应该是我是是IQ高的那个，LD应该没有我高，但是他是人见人爱，花见花开那个，我是一针见血说话得罪人那个。
