Study history

 

so it did not just start on the day you were born.  Have a wider view of the world so that you are not alone.  "To live is to suffer," and a lot of people have suffered much worse.  Be conscious of what you are focusing on; the choice is yours to change that focus.

Ask: how much of me is really under MY control?  Change yourself before attempting to change anyone else or the world.
