Some LACs are in the categories of challenged and struggle

Interestingly Goolge search volume rank is used as a parameter. Removing this parameter, the results appear slightly different for a few less well-known smaller LACs: they improve slightly from "challenged" or "struggle" rankings to "survive" or even "thrive": 

smith, scripps, franklin&marshall, skidmore, brandies, etc.
