Go to library to pick up simple books.

Those books are with pictures, and they have about 10-20 simple words. ( I used to borrow 20 books a time and read with my son together again and again.) You read or she reads. Don't ask her to memorize any words yet. Once she starts to link the sounds to certain letters, she will get the spelling.
