诚恳请教：Boston University VS UCLA and CAL, U of Michigan

小女喜欢kenisiology/ physiology, 想以后做physical therapist, 报的都是这方面的专业。我考虑１８岁的孩子，将来有很大的可能变主意。　想在选校的时候选一个容易转成marketing or communication major 的学校（她也很喜欢）。我听说公立学校跨school转专业很难，　不知是不是这样？ 现在学校录取的专业已经定了，　想请教各位怎样选校，能够有最大可能转成marketing or communication？

Boston university: 6 yr physical therapy program ( Sargent college)

U of Michigan: Movement Science ( school of kinesiology)

Ucla: integrative biology and physiology ( life science)

CAL: No major, Letters and science ( 顺便请教一下，L&S 在录取时都不给专业吗？　还是有的给专业有的不给？）
