我其实最开始只想到必须让这个孩子当众道歉。让所有的孩子都学会，Chink 这个词，不可以说。

但是校长说，An apology might not be a good solution. Sometime people say sorry or appologize but might not mean it or think they are wrong.

So I asked what is your school's protocol to deal with racist bully situation like this? 

He said we will inform the parents and we can suspend or even expel the students who is at fault. 

So I emphasised that this is not a single incidence. This girl already displayed a pattern or trends of such bully and racist behaviors, infront the whole class. I think this is perfect time for the school to teach every student, who witnessed the situation,  where is the fine line a decent people or Christian should never cross.
