If accepted by Berkeley EECS, choose between Berkeley and UTA

If UTA Turing provides scholarship, go for it. Otherwise, I would choose Berkeley EECS (if accepted). Berkeley is next to the Silicon Valley. Its EECS program is prestigous globally and across multiple industries.
