I respectfully request a deferment of the jury duty.  Just 15 months ago, I faithfully served over a period of NUMBER days as a juror in the CASE NAME through the entire trial phase.  I honor the duty to serve.  Nevertheless I would be gratefully for an opportunity after a reasonable interval.
