SCS does not need many CA boys

Most top ABC boys are from outside of California. Why do they even care most CA ABC boys prefer EECS? Plus every year there are a few top CA boys go to CMU over EECS or even CalTech. That’s more than enough to fill their very small pool for ABC boys.
