I think u misundstood the fundamental of the problem.

I agree with you on what you brought up here but that is not I am concerned. For my son, his teacher just want him to be perfect. Even a single mistake is not accepted since he is "extremely smart" in her eyes. She just could not udnerstand why he just doesnot want to check over his tests when he still have 3/4 time left. Well my son said: I just donot want to! The teacher said for a lot of times my son finishes the tests during the time she hands out the paper. Of course his accuracy is 90%-100%.
