because if the kid has the mispronunciation, it's always better to get him checked out by a professional. My daughter just finished her speech lesson at her school. We never thought it was a big deal (she didn't pronounce the "s" and "z" correctly), The speech pathologist in her school called us to let us know that she should work on that even though she said more than likely it's just a habit.

I'm not sure about the insurance because the therapist works for the school district and my daughter goes to a public school.
