i would suggest focus on the ones between 10 and 20.

I know several abc boys/girls with stronger/similar stats got also defered from 1-10. Think about it, all the defered applicants, even from H, S, Y, P, will all RD, and will certainly try 1-10. Many of them have amazing stats, like some kids here.
