You can totally have a guy and a girl occupying each stall at the same time.  There is no separate changing area in the shower stall so they'd step out just wrapped in a towel and walk through the hallway to their rooms.  Even in the women's only dorm, McCormick Hall, the floor bathroom could be co-ed too because there'd be male visitors.

I plan to call residential service at each college on her list to find out what the practice is at their dorms.  It's something I think both parents and students need to consider when making a decision what school to attend.
