You are a great father and your daughter is a great lady

I absolutely believe your daughter can do very well like A senior leadership as CEO. I am not joking. I am serious. We Chinese kids boys and girls lack the personalities that you daughter has. Unfortunately most our Chinese parents do not know how to appreciate the personality. Lack of aggressive personality is the major reason why we Chinese kids are not doing well in their career no matter how good a college they are graduated.
