AA is spreading to private work place at astonishing speed.  No, it doesn't look for expanding Asians' role in government, legal systems, or NBA, as Asians are under-represented.  It only look for areas that Afircan Americans are under-represented, and high-tech industry is its first target.

Intel recently reported its 2015 hiring stat.  43.1% of its 2015 hiring are minorities (again, ? Asian men), topping the company's target of 40%.  what a racist achievement!
