Cut his allowance.
My boy love Disney, we are planning to take him to Disney at Christmas.
No Disney for him in near future.
Some social worker may be good, but I saw someone adopt problem kids and get money from government as their major income when I work in a not for profit organization.
The best way I think: under my control, under my roof.
